Right-of-Way Maintenance
Mowing, cutting, clearing and herbicide programs that keep utility, road and pipeline rights-of-way open, safe and accessible.
Clear corridors, fewer surprises
Ives Contracting maintains rights-of-way for utilities, public agencies and prime contractors across all of Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. We combine mowing, brush cutting, clearing and herbicide treatments to keep corridors open for access, inspection and safe operation.
Overgrown rights-of-way block access, hide hazards and slow inspections and repairs. We work to your corridor specifications and cycle, and document the work completed.
Herbicide work is performed under our VDACS registration. We are a Virginia DBE and SWaM (#805517), an SBA Woman-Owned Small Business, and we hold a GSA Schedule for pest control.
